We’re hiring.
Join us in restoring health to healthcare.
At Systemic Health Leadership, we believe that healing our systems begins with healing the people within them. We support doctors, healthcare leaders, and teams to build nervous system capacity, relational safety, and embodied leadership.

Business development or partnerships professionals with experience in healthcare or consulting
Leadership consultants with a trauma-informed, human-centered approach
Systems thinkers with skills in strategic growth and collaboration
People who are grounded, collaborative, and committed to working with integrity and care
If you feel aligned with our mission and bring relevant experience, we’d love to connect.
What we offer
A community of like-hearted practitioners and leaders
Opportunities to co-create and deliver impactful retreats, programs, and workshops
Flexible part-time or project-based roles, with options to work from home
Deep mentorship in somatic and systemic work
