1-1 Coaching for doctors
Confidential support for those who hold so much.
You care for others. Who’s caring for you?
As a doctor, you're used to holding it all—relentless demands, emotional intensity, and responsibility that rarely lets up. You were trained to push through, to lead, to care. But rarely to pause. Rarely to receive.
And over time, carrying that weight alone takes its toll.
This coaching space is an invitation to come home to yourself.
Rooted in somatic and systemic approaches, it offers a confidential, non-judgmental place to slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Whether you're facing burnout, navigating a transition, or simply seeking a more sustainable way forward—this is a place to be met, to breathe again, and to realign with your own truth.
How we could support you
No two doctors are the same. Coaching is tailored to your context, and may include support with:
Burnout, nervous system overload, or emotional exhaustion
Role or career transitions (leaving clinical work, stepping into leadership, etc.)
Difficult work relationships or unresolved conflict
Boundaries and resourcing strategies that support sustainability
Finding purpose and clarity in the next chapter
Presence, self-trust, and decision-making from within
Our approach integrates:
Somatic and nervous system-based practices (polyvagal and trauma-informed)
Systemic constellations to gain insights into personal and professional dynamics
Leadership development and role clarity
Deep listening and relational safety
How it works
Initial consult (20 mins) to explore your goals and fit (free)
Coaching sessions (60 mins) via Zoom or in-person (if local)
Typically fortnightly or monthly, depending on your needs
Packages available for 3, 6, or 9 sessions
Between-session support available as needed
All coaching is fully confidential. No reports, no documentation—just a space that’s yours.
