Nervous system foundations for healthcare professionals

A professional development weekend training that builds resilience, coherence, and connection

A two-day training for healthcare professionals

Most of us were trained to override our own needs to meet the needs of others. Over time, this leads to disconnection, fatigue, and burnout. This weekend training is a reset—for your body, mind, and capacity to care.

Our weekend trainings are designed to help doctors, nurses, therapists, and healthcare teams understand how the nervous system works under pressure—and how to restore regulation, clarity, and connection from the inside out.

This is professional development that supports your health as well as your skill.

What you will learn

Each training blends theory with direct, embodied practice. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use in your personal life and professional setting—immediately.

In this immersive, practical weekend you will learn:

  • Introduction to polyvagal theory and its relevance in clinical settings

  • Recognizing and responding to your own nervous system states

  • The science of co-regulation, attunement, and relational safety

  • Tools for micro-recovery in high-intensity work environments

  • Creating safe, coherent team dynamics and patient interactions

  • Boundary-setting and resourcing strategies that prevent burnout

  • Embodied presence and nervous system-informed leadership
